of our user group have been working on a new web site. This site will help people learn and use Joomla. It offers a way to sign up for a development envoirnment to design a CMS web sites for no cost.

is good for people that want to try Jomla out or develop sites before they go live. The site is also offering premium services and looking for co-developers.
